Unify Community Health at Northeast Community Center is located in Spokane's Northeast Community Center.

Experienced family physicians provide a full spectrum of care, including prenatal care and delivery, and care for children.

Additional services include dental care, an on-site pharmacy and medical laboratory.

Most insurance plans, including Healthy Options, are accepted. Medicaid and Medicare are also accepted.
